Located in the centre of the building, the David Baker room is a large room with accessible stage area, projector, in-built PA system designed for clear speech, and hearing loop. The room benefits from a separate room for refreshments and break-out.

Sue McMullen is the second largest meeting room, so is great for all day meetings with the whole team, or for smaller groups who need a bit more space to move around.

The room benefits from windows on 2 sides, a kitchen nearby and has a projector and screen, easy to use PA system and a hearing loop.

The Boardroom is set up for up to 15 delegates, with nearby sockets for laptop charging. Included is a large TV with HDMI connection.

For hybrid meetings the TV can be connected to a ‘Meeting Owl’ available on request, and a small urn can be offered for refreshments.

Do you have a Café on site?

Yes, there is a cafe on site run by PROPS, who support adults with disabilities to gain work experience and work opportunities. The café accepts both cash/card payment. Pre-orders are available, please request before 11am as it can get busy at lunchtime.

Do I need to bring Tea/Coffee items with me?

Complimentary Tea and Coffee Facilities are available in each meeting space. This included an Urn/ Coffee (inc decaf) sachets/ Tea Bags/ Sugar sticks/ Diary & Oat Milk sachets/ Cups and Cold Water Jugs.

Can I arrange an external caterer for my event?

Yes, please ensure that you inform your caterer of the location of your meeting space. Please clean up using the cleaning kits provided.

Can I park onsite?

Yes, we have ample FREE parking here at the Vassall Centre for visitors to the site.

Toilets are located along the main corridor, in the middle and at both ends. There is a Changing Places toilet between Spurs 10 & 12.
